Antonio is a co-founder of Consilium.
He started his professional career in Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) as a junior auditor.
He continued his journey in the Corporate Finance division of Citibank N.A. in Milan, in Europa Investimenti and in Sopaf in the Corporate Finance department.
He worked as Head of Equity Capital Markets in the Investment Banking department at Interbanca. He later joined Kairos, where he launched the private equity business alongside Stefano Iamoni.
Antonio graduated with honors (summa cum laude) in Corporate Economics at the University of Palermo.
He holds the qualification as chartered accountant and earned an MBA at The School of Business Management at Bocconi University in Milan.

Stefano is a co-founder of Consilium.
He started his professional career in Bain & Company, in London and then Milan.
He continued his journey in S.G. Warburg, in Salomon Smith Barney and finally in Kairos, where he launched the private equity business alongside Antonio Glorioso.
Stefano graduated with honors (summa cum laude) in Corporate Economics at Bocconi University in Milan. He obtained an MBA (Palmer Scholar) at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Paolo joined Consilium in 2020.
After an initial experience in the Bank of Italy, Paolo continued his professional career in Kairos Partners and later in Sofipa, serving as Investment Director and member of the Investment Committee.
He also collaborated with EY Transaction Advisory Services, as Client Service Contractor and with Vertis as Operating Partner. He later became CEO of Preziosi Food, owned by Vertis, a company active in the production of sweet and savoury snacks.
Paolo graduated with honors (summa cum laude) in Business Economics at the Sapienza University of Rome, and he is a chartered accountant and auditor.
He attended specialized courses in M&A and International Banking at NYU – School of Continuing and Professional Studies in New York and obtained a Master’s degree in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University in Milan.

Marcello joined Consilium in 2019.
He initiated his professional career in McKinsey & Company, where he held various roles with different levels of responsibility. He furthered his journey as Principal in 8 Miles LLP, a private equity firm focused on emerging markets.
Marcello graduated with honors (summa cum laude) in International Economics at Bocconi University in Milan. He earned an MBA at Bentley University in Boston in 2006 and a second MBA at the London Business School in 2011.

Matteo joined Consilium in 2018.
He began his professional career at Mediaset España in the marketing team. Subsequently, he joined Gruppo Unicredit, first in the in-house consulting department as an analyst and in the Strategic Files Restructuring department as an associate.

Guglielmo joined Consilium in 2019.
He started his professional career in Allianz Investment Management in the private debt team and later joined Duff and Phelps in the valuation team.
Guglielmo graduated in Business Economics and Corporate Law and obtained a Master of Science in Economics and Corporate Law at Bocconi University in Milan. He completed a Double Degree Program in Accounting and Financial Management at the Rotterdam School of Management.

Amedeo joined Consilium in 2024. He graduated in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University and has an experience in consulting in  EY, specializing in the private equity sector.

Roberto joined Consilium in 2006.
He started his professional career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and in his family company as CFO.
Subsequently, he continued at KPMG Consulting as a Corporate Finance Manager, in Bain & Company as a Senior Manager, at The Carlyle Group as a Director in the European team, and in Lottomatica as Business Development Director.
Roberto graduated with honors (summa cum laude) in Physics at the Sapienza University of Rome. He obtained an MBA at the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan.

Paola joined Consilium in 2006.
She started her professional career in Bain & Company in the administration department. Later, she continued as Head of Administration in Investor Unlimited (Twice SIM).
Paola earned a diploma in Accounting and Commercial Experts at the Pietro Custodi Technical Institute of Milan.

Daniela joined Consilium in 2008.
She started her professional career at Studio Associato Avarello -Balconi as accounting and administrative officer.
Daniela graduated in Economics of Public Administrations and International Institutions at Bocconi University in Milan.

Debora joined Consilium in 2023.
She started her professional career in Class Editori S.p.A. Then, she continued in Adepa Italia S.r.l. and in Cesam S.r.l. – Gruppo MutuiOnline in the Fund Accounting and Operations teams for the Azimut Group.
Debora graduated in Banking, Finance and Insurance Sciences at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.

Bernadine joined Consilium in February 2024. Bernadine started her professional career in the European School of Oncology founded by Umberto Veronesi. She then moved to Telxon Italia where she was Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and finally in J.P. Morgan Asset Management as Senior Marketing Executive. Bernadine earned a scientific high school diploma in Malaysia.
