Twin Pack, founded in 1991 and based in Podenzano (PC), is a company active in the packaging sector. The company designs and manufactures automated solutions for secondary packaging in Italy, with an integrated offering ranging from handle and paper machines to pick-and-place systems to complete turnkey lines.

Of particular note is the stake in Twinova, a subsidiary company developed in partnership with industry experts, dedicated to automated and «smart» machines. This has allowed the product range to be expanded through the use of advanced robotics, artificial intelligence, and computer vision, to respond to new markets and production needs.

Twin Pack has established itself over time as a reference player thanks to a high-tech offering and a strong customization capacity, characteristics that have allowed it to develop long-term relationships with a demanding and international industrial clientele.

In May 2026, CPEF IV acquired a stake through a replacement capital transaction.
